With a degree in Applied Information Technology and over 12 years spanning in I.T Consulting, Omobolaji has expanded her work to Coaching, Mentoring, Public Speaking, and Training.

In 2020, Omobolaji became a member of the John Maxwell Team and currently holds the esteemed position of Executive Director. She is an active member of the Presidential Advisory Council (PAC) and also serves on the PAC Youth Committee. Recently, Omobolaji led a virtual speakers table experience during the 2021 & 2023 Virtual International Maxwell Certification, which attracted participants from over 160 countries. As the CEO and Owner of DEE Charis Haven Consulting, Omobolaji wears multiple hats as a speaker, coach, trainer, and more. She possesses a unique gift for education, leadership, fostering connections, and promoting transparency. Omobolaji specializes in working with leaders, particularly children, parents, and their instructors, to facilitate growth for both individuals and their organizations. She firmly believes that anyone who encounters her will leave feeling invigorated and motivated for change. Furthermore, she speaks to the child in every adult that comes in contact with her. Omobolaji places a strong emphasis on personal growth and intentional living. Her primary focus is on leadership, and she firmly endorses the idea that "Everything Rises And Falls On Leadership."
